The challenge
From information to a real booking flow.
A modern hair salon needs more than a static website. Customers should be able to find treatments and prices, choose a stylist and book an available appointment, while the salon needs a simple way to manage bookings.
The solution
One connected customer journey.
The solution was planned around the full customer journey: clear information about the salon, followed by treatments and prices, stylist selection and a booking flow that only shows available times. Behind the scenes, the server handles validation, availability and booking data, while a secure admin view allows the salon to manage and cancel bookings. A chatbot can answer common questions.
